HyperStream Limited are a digital media design company. We build quality websites, virtual tours, 3D models, and video games. We are committed to continually improving our products and services for our clients. Part of our effort to ensure quality in our work is to regularly obtain feedback from our users, clients, and our clients customers. As a technology provider we seek to find the best technology solutions to help businesses achieve their goals.
Hyperstream Limited will ensure that the needs of our customers are clearly understood and met through close liaison at all stages of our work. Hyperstream Limited is committed to effective Quality Management at every level within the business.
Hyperstream Limited will ensure in providing and maintaining its service to its customers that:
The quality policy is upheld and supported by management at all levels;
Staff responsibilities and duties are clearly identified;
Staff are appropriately trained to enable them to undertake their tasks and given appropriate authority within the scope of their responsibilities;
Sufficient resources are provided to facilitate the work;
Quality plans are applied in the management of all projects;
All appropriate documentation is maintained, controlled and archived;
Periodic audits and reviews of staff and project work are undertaken to ensure that standards are maintained and opportunities for improvements are sought.
Hyperstream Limited prides itself on the professional quality of our work and the high level of service we provide to our clients. All our project managers follow our highly developed in-house quality assurance process tailored for multimedia and web design projects.
For large scale projects Hyperstream Limited has a robust project management methodology in place, ensuring the highest levels of quality assurance. We use online project management tools with built in feedback systems so we can easily share information between developers, managers, and customers. We use visual planning tools including wireframing, mockups, mindmaps and storyboards to design our creative projects and clearly state what work will be carried out.
Hyperstream Limited works to the web standards and guidelines as specified by The World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) on all websites that we develop. We use their evaluators and guidelines to constantly ensure all web projects are developed to the highest possible standards.
Hyperstream will continue to review our quality policy on a regular basis.

Hyperstream Limited uses the Agile project management system. We currently use Pivotal Tracker which is a free, award winning agile project management tool to keep all members of a our team and clients informed of the progress of a project. This system ensures the highest levels of quality assurance and ensures that everyone involved in a project understands what needs to happen and when.
