Hyper­Stream Lim­ited are a dig­i­tal media design com­pany. We build qual­ity web­sites, vir­tual tours, 3D mod­els, and video games. We are com­mit­ted to con­tin­u­ally improv­ing our prod­ucts and ser­vices for our clients. Part of our effort to ensure qual­ity in our work is to reg­u­larly obtain feed­back from our users, clients, and our clients cus­tomers. As a tech­nol­ogy provider we seek to find the best tech­nol­ogy solu­tions to help busi­nesses achieve their goals.

The qual­ity pol­icy is upheld and sup­ported by man­age­ment at all levels;
Staff respon­si­bil­i­ties and duties are clearly identified;
Staff are appro­pri­ately trained to enable them to under­take their tasks and given appro­pri­ate author­ity within the scope of their responsibilities;
Suf­fi­cient resources are pro­vided to facil­i­tate the work;
Qual­ity plans are applied in the man­age­ment of all projects;
All appro­pri­ate doc­u­men­ta­tion is main­tained, con­trolled and archived;
Peri­odic audits and reviews of staff and project work are under­taken to ensure that stan­dards are main­tained and oppor­tu­ni­ties for improve­ments are sought.
Hyper­stream Lim­ited prides itself on the pro­fes­sional qual­ity of our work and the high level of ser­vice we pro­vide to our clients. All our project man­agers fol­low our highly devel­oped in-house qual­ity assur­ance process tai­lored for mul­ti­me­dia and web design projects.
For large scale projects Hyper­stream Lim­ited has a robust project man­age­ment method­ol­ogy in place, ensur­ing the high­est lev­els of qual­ity assur­ance. We use online project man­age­ment tools with built in feed­back sys­tems so we can eas­ily share infor­ma­tion between devel­op­ers, man­agers, and cus­tomers. We use visual plan­ning tools includ­ing wire­fram­ing, mock­ups,  mindmaps and sto­ry­boards to design our cre­ative projects and clearly state what work will be car­ried out.
Hyper­stream Lim­ited works to the web stan­dards and guide­lines as spec­i­fied by The World Wide Web Con­sor­tium (W3C) on all web­sites that we develop. We use their eval­u­a­tors and guide­lines to con­stantly ensure all web projects are devel­oped to the high­est pos­si­ble standards.

Hyper­stream Lim­ited uses the Agile project man­age­ment sys­tem. We cur­rently use Piv­otal Tracker which is a free, award win­ning agile project man­age­ment tool to keep all mem­bers of a our team and clients informed of the progress of a project. This sys­tem ensures the high­est lev­els of qual­ity assur­ance and ensures that every­one involved in a project under­stands what needs to hap­pen and when.

Dur­ing our ini­tial plan­ning and design stages we uti­lize visual plan­ning tools includ­ing wire­fram­ing, mock­ups, mindmaps and sto­ry­boards to clearly com­mu­ni­cate our ideas.
