This is the Health and Safety Policy of Hyperstream Limited.
Hyperstream Limited is committed to: the health and safety and welfare at work of it’s employees and visitors; complying with applicable health and safety requirements to ensure that their premisses are a safe place of work, with a safe means of entry and exit and employees work in a healthy environment.
The Health and Safety Policy of Hyperstream Limited is to:
- Provide and maintain a healthy working environment at all times.
- Ensure adequate control of health and safety risks arising from work activities, this includes communication with clients and any use of sub-contractors.
- Provide all required instruction, safety equipment when visiting building sites to carry out aerial photography, training, supervision and other relevant health and safety information to employees/contractors.
- Ensure that all employees are competent in the work activities they are engaged in and undergo relevant training around safe use of equipment that they use on day to day basis, including but not limited to safe use of tripods.
- Encourage all employees to take reasonable care for the health and safety of him/herself , fellow employees and all persons accordingly and to report any hazard which cannot be controlled personally to appropriate personnel.
- Ensure that the employees have been inducted how to report an incident, accident or occupational ill-health and understand and know evacuation procedures in case of fire. Any health & safety concerns are to be reported to the designated Health and Safety representative as soon as occurred.
Hyperstream Limited believes that it is the duty of every employee whilst at work, and of any contractors / visitors at Company facilities:
- To take reasonable care for the health & safety of themselves and others who may be affected by their acts or omissions.
- To cooperate with colleagues, line management and the Company on health & safety matters
- Not to misuse or interfere with anything provided in the interests of health, safety and welfare
- To report any health & safety concerns to designated Heath and Safety Representative.
