This is the Health and Safety Pol­icy of Hyper­stream Limited.

Hyper­stream Lim­ited is com­mit­ted to: the health and safety and wel­fare at work of it’s employ­ees and vis­i­tors; com­ply­ing with applic­a­ble health and safety require­ments to ensure that their pre­misses are a safe place of work, with a safe means of entry and exit and employ­ees work in a healthy environment.

The Health and Safety Pol­icy of  Hyper­stream Lim­ited is to:

  • Pro­vide and main­tain a healthy work­ing envi­ron­ment at all times.
  • Ensure ade­quate con­trol of health and safety risks aris­ing from work activ­i­ties, this includes com­mu­ni­ca­tion with clients and any use of sub-contractors.
  • Pro­vide all required instruc­tion, safety equip­ment when vis­it­ing build­ing sites to carry out aer­ial pho­tog­ra­phy,  train­ing, super­vi­sion and other rel­e­vant health and safety infor­ma­tion to employees/contractors.
  • Ensure that all employ­ees are com­pe­tent in the work activ­i­ties they are engaged in and undergo rel­e­vant train­ing around safe use of equip­ment that they use on day to day basis, includ­ing but not lim­ited to safe use of tripods.
  • Encour­age all employ­ees to take rea­son­able care for the health and safety of him/herself , fel­low employ­ees and all per­sons accord­ingly and to report any haz­ard which can­not be con­trolled per­son­ally to appro­pri­ate personnel.
  • Ensure that the employ­ees  have been inducted how to report an inci­dent, acci­dent or occu­pa­tional ill-health and under­stand and know evac­u­a­tion pro­ce­dures in case of fire. Any health & safety con­cerns  are to be reported to the des­ig­nated Health and Safety rep­re­sen­ta­tive as soon as occurred.

Hyper­stream  Lim­ited believes that it is the duty of every employee whilst at work, and of any con­trac­tors / vis­i­tors at Com­pany facilities:

  • To take rea­son­able care for the health & safety of them­selves and oth­ers who may be affected by their acts or omissions.
  • To coop­er­ate with col­leagues, line man­age­ment and the Com­pany on health & safety matters
  • Not to mis­use or inter­fere with any­thing pro­vided in the inter­ests of health, safety and welfare
  • To report any health & safety con­cerns to des­ig­nated Heath and Safety Representative.
