By far the most 3D renderings within new property developments come from the apartments or condos. While the exterior of the building may only require two or three renderings, the interiors require up to twenty per apartment. Fortunately Archiform 3D only charges for the scene, not the architectural rendering, so whether you get ten or 20 renderings the price remains the same.

Photomontage renderings are most useful for exterior architectural scenes. The process involves taking a photograph and then blending an exterior scene with it.

It takes a completely different skill set to that of normal photographers with more emphasis on time of day, framing, foreground, background, exposure and a complete knowledge of the 3D process.

Is the process of combining two or more images, in this case we take one 3D and one photographic image, they are then merged into the “montage” which makes our “photomontage”. We use Adobe Photoshop and utilize its advanced tools in masking, cropping and colour correction, to create photo-realistic images.

Photomontage architectural renderings can be used in the following types of projects: residential buildings, resorts, golf courses, gardens, pool areas, marinas and many other structures.

They can also be used for some interior scenes but only to a limited degree, unless you are creating a flat image.

Hyperstream can offer low-cost video production services, for use in presentation video, web and other formats. We shoot our footage in digital video format or if you already have video footage we can edit it for you and add special effects titles and more.

Digital Photography Service

All our photography is done with top of the range digital cameras we use the Canon EOS 350 and Nikon D70s, our professional photographer is available for higher at a daily rate or hourly rate. Please note that travel expenses may be added depending on location.

Photos are delivered in digital format on CD or DVD at no extra cost, however additional copies may carry a small fee.If you require printing of photos please inform us of what size you require and we can obtain a quote from a local printing service, however we recommend using an online service such as Jessops, where you can upload your photos and have them developed and delivered or alternatively take them to a photo processing store.
